Cheque Administrator**This is a temporary part-time position**Role Summary:Billings & Collections is looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude who is willing to join a fast-paced environment. The role of Cheque Administrator will be responsible for various clerical functions including logging of mail (cheques), depositing cheques and other clerical duties.Main Accountabilities:
  • Data entry - process cheques and enter incoming work in our systems;
  • Filing and administrative duties;
  • Complete all work with high attention to detail and accuracy within preset timelines;
  • Communicate daily with internal clients
Competencies:
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Professional demeanor and reliable;
  • Solid ability to organize and prioritize;
  • Demonstrates initiative;
  • Strong sense of ownership;
  • Team oriented and service oriented with interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft applications
Assets:
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance
  • Experience in a customer service environment;
  • Experience working in an office environment.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
