Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Scarborough, ON for a Recruitment Officer. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with departmental managers to identify staffing needs. The Recruitment Officer will also be tasked with maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Strong Interpersonal Skills
Experience in Development
Proven skills in Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in an educational or healthcare environment is a plus
