Project Manager

to join our professional team

Qualifications & Experience

Have a strong understanding of

structural steel fabrication, detailing and welding specifications.

Proficiency with

Tekla, Bluebeam,

and standard office software including

Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to

read and interpret structural and construction drawings and documents

Knowledge of

structural steel and miscellaneous metals specifications

and

CCDC subcontract documents.

A

technical background in Engineering

is strongly preferred,

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation

is preferred Experience or proficiency with

StruMIS

or any other fabrication specific

ERP software

is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the

detailing, production, and installation process

for projects. Initiate and coordinate

RFIs

, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications Conduct

site visits,

ensuring project coordination, progress tracking and accurate documentation Collaborate effectively with client-side project managers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery Proactively

identify and resolve issues

. Manage

contract terms,

prepare

cost estimates for extras

, and

negotiate project changes

with clients Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders. Demonstrate a

capacity to learn, adapt, and expeand your technical and managerial expertise

.

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
