We are currently looking for a

Structural Engineering Trainee

who will support our growing Buildings group. This is a hybrid role that could be based out of either our Bowmanville office or Mississauga offices.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in structural design and prepare drawings and specifications Determine construction costs and quantities, and carry out studies and technical reports Conduct field work including investigations/inspections for the design, retrofit, remediation and construction of structures Review progress and compliance of construction work in accordance with tender documents

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering Up to 2 years of structural engineering experience within buildings projects (ideally transit, aviation, defence, or federal industries) Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for site visits, as required).
