L'ingenieur participera a l'une ou a l'ensemble des etapes de realisation du projet (preliminaire, execution, surveillance). Il aura a travailler de faaon autonome ou en equipe. L'ingenieur devra faire preuve d'initiative et de polyvalence. Un encadrement formateur et un environnement de
travail agreable dans une equipe motivee seront fournis pour permettre a la personne selectionnee de s'epanouir au travail.
Principales taches :

• Conception structure de batiments en bois, beton, acier, maaonnerie.

• Conception de structure de verre structural, renfort de composite, etc

• Procede a la conception et a la mise en plans des batiments

• Preparer les croquis pour les techniciens ;

• Participe aux reunions de coordination ;

• Effectue les releves de chantier.

Horaire : 40 h

The engineer will be involved in one or all project phases (preliminary, execution, supervision). They will work autonomously or as part of a team. The engineer must demonstrate initiative and versatility. Training support and a pleasant work environment within a motivated team will be provided to help the selected candidate thrive at work.
Main Tasks:

• Structural design of buildings in wood, concrete, steel, and masonry.

• Design of structural glass, composite reinforcements, etc.

• Conduct building design and drafting.

• Prepare sketches for technicians.

• Participate in coordination meetings.

• Conduct site surveys.

Schedule:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

• 8-hour shifts

• Monday to Friday

• Job Location: Remote or Hybrid in Longueuil, QC

Requirements

• Baccalaureat en genie civil;

• Inscrit au tableau de l'OIQ (ing.);

• Maatrise des logiciels de modelisation (i.e. SAP2000,SAFE), EXCEL et WORD;

• Bonne connaissance du calcul des structures de bois, acier et beton;

• Debrouillardise, autonomie, esprit d'equipe et sens de l'humour;

• Minutie, sens du travail bien fait et bonne organisation du travail;

Atouts :

• Maatrise en science appliquee specialisation structure

• Maatrise des logiciels MathCAD, Revit et d'Autocad;

• Bonne communication en anglais

• Registered with the OIQ (ing.).

• Proficiency in modeling software (e.g., SAP2000, SAFE), Excel, and Word.

• Strong knowledge of structural calculations for wood, steel, and concrete.

• Attention to detail, quality work standards, and strong organizational skills.

Assets:

• Master's degree in Applied Science with a specialization in structures.

• Proficiency in MathCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD software.

• Good communication skills in English.
