Summary

Harbourside Engineering Consultants (HEC) is looking for an experienced Structural Drafter / Detailer to join our team for major infrastructure projects, including large bridges and heavy civil structures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit, with a focus on structural detailing for steel and concrete components.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed drawings and 3D models for bridges and heavy civil structures using Tekla and Revit. Prepare fabrication and erection drawings for structural steel and reinforced concrete. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards. Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications for large-scale projects.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit. Experience in structural detailing for bridges or heavy civil projects. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Diploma or degree in drafting, civil engineering technology, or related field preferred.

This position is fully on-site at our Stoney Creek, ON office.
