We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise structural designs and detailed drawings that meet project specifications and industry standards. Duties

Develop detailed structural designs using CAD software such as Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks. Create accurate schematics, technical drawings, and 2D/3D models for various construction projects. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design integrity and compliance with safety standards. Utilize SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and 2D animation tools to visualize concepts and present design options effectively. Review and revise drawings based on feedback, ensuring precision and adherence to project timelines. Assist in drafting construction documents and specifications for fabrication or construction purposes. Maintain organized digital files of all design work in accordance with company standards.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and Schematics. Strong drafting skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. Knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction processes. Ability to interpret technical schematics and create comprehensive drawings for construction or manufacturing. Familiarity with 2D animation tools for visual presentations is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
