What to Expect At MetroTown

• Possess excellent interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
• Manage sensitive and confidential data with a high degree of discretion.
• Execute emergency evacuation protocols when necessary.
• Applying the use of force principles and methods of intervention respective to the situation when handling detainees.
• Utilizing methods authorized by Metrotown for conducting searches of property and detainees.
• Promptly notifying the Metro both verbally and in written form following critical incidents.
• Provided necessary First-Aid and CPR assistance to individuals as needed, also performed self-harm observation duties.
• Excellent written skills and ability to document incident reports.
• Collaborate closely with law enforcement to ensure a safe environment and gain valuable experience for a future career in Emergency Services.

Successful Candidate Posses the Following

• Valid Advanced Security License( AST)
• Experience in physical removal of persons
• Occupational First Aid Level 2 ( OFA2)
• Be physically fit and able to run
• Previous hands-on experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Minimum two(2) years of previous security experience
