Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Kinesiologist / Strength Coach

to join our team. This role offers a mix of

one-on-one personal training, small group classes, and team training

, working with a wide variety of clients ranging from recreational athletes to competitive teams.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver individualized and group training programs. Lead small group classes focused on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. Work with sports teams to develop and implement training programs that improve performance and reduce injury risk. Collaborate with physiotherapists to ensure continuity of care for return-to-sport clients. Track progress, provide education, and foster a positive training environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification or equivalent (preferred) Experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or team training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups Passion for health, fitness, and athletic performance
