Job Title: Strategy & Operations Principal
Who You'll Work With: Slalom’s Toronto Strategy & Operations (S&O) team is a regional team of experts who think across industries, solutions, and services.
Slalom designs and builds strategies, processes and systems to help our clients solve some of their most complex and interesting business challenges. Our consultants deliver innovative thinking and business-changing recommendations that are core to our client work.
Our Strategy & Operations group is a team of individuals who combine a relentless drive toward outcomes, an insatiable curiosity, and hands-on experience leading strategy, design, innovation and transformation for small-medium businesses, as well as some of the biggest organizations in the world.
We don’t believe that there is a cookie-cutter approach to solving problems, nor do we approach problems with a specific solution in mind. We’ve created models and frameworks that help to accelerate the identification of patterns to innovate business models, create amazing experiences, transform organizations, and design flexible platforms and operating models for our clients.
We practice a pragmatic approach to strategy. We bring an outside point of view to fully understand the problems our clients are facing while respecting the organization’s comfort with change. We listen to and work with our clients to identify opportunities to create ownership and engagement. We help to explore the boundaries of what’s possible and work to co-create a realistic path forward that leverages the existing company culture.
