The Strategic Program Manager, Global Marketing Planning & Operations will work within eBay's Global Marketing organization, partnering closely with marketing leadership, business collaborators, and cross-functional teams to guide the full process of complex, integrated global marketing programs. This role is responsible for turning approved marketing plans into clear program and project plans, guaranteeing seamless coordination, timely completion, and excellent execution across channels and regions.
You will collaborate with global brand, marketing operations, CRM, product marketing, media, communications, consumer insights, creative teams, and agency partners to manage campaign lifecycles from kickoff through delivery, optimization, and post-campaign review. The Strategic Program Manager will hold a meaningful role in connecting teams, coordinating timelines, and maintaining operational rigor to support eBay's business and brand objectives.
