We are expanding our team in Burnaby, BC, and seeking a visionary Strategic AI Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-powered products. As a Strategic AI Product Manager, you will define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our AI product portfolio, focusing on early-stage (0-1) development. You will bridge cutting-edge AI research and user needs, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams while fostering strategic ecosystem partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products, with a focus on 0-1 innovation. Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to inform product decisions. Anticipate AI industry trends and identify opportunities for product growth. Apply knowledge of AI models (LLMs, diffusion/generative models) to design practical, user-focused applications. Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure product success. Build and manage relationships with external ecosystem partners to expand product capabilities. Develop product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive feature iterations to optimize user experience. Act as an internal subject matter expert on AI trends, tools, and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as a Product Manager in the AI software industry with successful product launches. Track record in 0-1 product development from concept to market. Solid technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs and diffusion models. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for engaging technical teams, stakeholders, and partners. Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
