We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Strata Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, managing Owner relationships, plan/attend meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with property management and Microsoft software. The Property Manager will play a key role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Maintain accurate records of Council correspondences, service requests, and Resident communications using email, data entry and filing systems
Utilize property management software (Info-tracker, Sitelink) to track occupancy, financials, and maintenance schedules
Conduct regular property visits to uphold safety standards and property appearance
Handle inquiries via email/phone with professional etiquette and provide exceptional customer service
Prepare meeting agenda/package for Strata Council Meeting and General Meetings
Oversee administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting to ensure compliance with company policies
Foster positive relationships with Clients through effective communication and conflict resolution
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and staff to coordinate property services
Experience
Proven experience in property management or related administrative roles within real estate or facilities management
Familiarity with Info-tracker or similar property management software is highly desirable
Strong office experience including data entry, filing, and use of Microsoft Outlook
Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
Experience in conflict resolution
Background in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
Prior experience in property management will be advantageous for understanding industry standards and best practices
Chinese languages - Mandarin, Cantonese - is a bonus to have
