Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of strata properties Act as liaison between strata councils, owners, tenants, and contractors Coordinate maintenance and building operations; oversee repairs and vendor performance Review monthly financial reports; Develop and manage annual operating budgets and long-term maintenance plans Ensure full compliance with the Strata Property Act and other applicable legislation Prepare AGM/SGM packages and attend council and owner meetings as required Monitor fee collection, address arrears, and ensure proper recordkeeping Negotiate and manage service contracts and insurance renewals Maintain strong client relationships through consistent and proactive communication
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in strata property management (Required) BC Strata Property Management License in good standing (Required) Proficiency with financial reporting, budgeting, and building maintenance coordination Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills Experience working with Yardi, or other property management software is an asset Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
