Pemberton Holmes Ltd. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Strata Department. The successful candidate will work closely with one of our property managers to support our clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and contributing to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
Respond to basic owner inquiries (e.g., key replacements, contact updates)
Triage and prioritize incoming email requests
Prepare forms related to real estate financing and sales
Draft and issue bylaw enforcement correspondence
Conduct research at the direction of the property manager
Communicate with trades and owners regarding scheduled maintenance
Prepare building notices
Assist in producing meeting materials
About You
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
Friendly, professional, and motivated
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is an asset
Strong attention to detail, even under time constraints
Experience with Strata Corporations is preferred
We provide training on industry-specific software and the legislation relevant to our work.
Compensation:
Starting salary of
$47,500-$50,000
, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
