Primary Focus
Maintains and enhances the organization's purchasing, parts and equipment inventory by planning, implementing, and evaluating parts/equipment purchasing, tracking, and maintaining of our stores' inventory & security through policies, procedures, programs, and best practices
Responsibilities
Maintain & execute ISO Procedures for Store Consumables Inventory & Purchasing Review, modify and update ISO Stores procedures periodically. Prepare, execute and track all Purchase Requisitions (PR's) Prepare, execute and track all Purchase Orders (PO's) Implement & execute best practices for consumable inventory & purchasing. Execute and demonstrate best practices in purchasing and stock inventory Maintain proper records & inventory for consumables, parts & equipment Demonstrate and execute organizational maintenance in the stores. Inventory reconciliation periodically Maintaining Stores (Stockroom) Housekeeping Co-ordinate with various departments, quality, maintenance, production, administration, etc. Highlight any store related issues to direct superior.
