We currently have an opportunity available for a Stores Clerk. Reporting to the Lead Purchaser, this position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Warranty and Core Returns Repair and Overhaul Coordinating Invoice Reconciliation Day-to-Day Maintenance of Stores Inventory Issue Parts and Calibrated Tools to Maintenance personnel Pick-up and Deliver Parts to Local Vendors as Required Shipping and Receiving Parts Shelf-Life Control Ship and Receive Dangerous Goods by Air (Requires certification) Parts Inventory Audit Twice a Year Assist with Purchasing After Regular Business Hours Creating Purchase Orders and Service Purchase Orders Monitoring Calibration Due Dates and Adding New Tools to the System (Tool Control) Other Related Duties as Assigned

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and competencies. In addition personality profiling will be required of all candidates granted an interview for this position.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

Aviation knowledge or experience is not essential, but is preferred Grade 12 diploma Basic computer skills Good communication skills Automotive or other Parts/Stores experience an asset Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Previous shipping and receiving experience also an asset Valid driver's license is required for deliveries

Proficient computer skills are desirable


Excellent attention to detail Strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good organizational skills Good customer service skills Self-motivated and takes initiative

Ability to work under minimal supervision
