Job Description

Store Supervisor

Ensure store service efficiency and productivity which includes overall store operations sales and merchandise display;

Maintains a healthy level of inventory in designated department;

Manages customer service levels including cash, cashier and merchandising;

Ensures cashier/sales associate staff comply with all company's guidelines;

Monitor standards of housekeeping and image;

Participates in Health & Safety reviews;

Carries out Operations Management duties;

Maintains and controls cash registers and works with Assistant Manager in order to maintain balanced inventory.

Oversees human resource function of cash staff, including but not limited to training, coaching and performance management.

Job Requirement

Post-secondary education;

Posses basic to intermediate knowledge in Microsoft office applications: Words, Excel and PowerPoint;

High integrity and work ethics;

Able to work independently and collaboratively;

Organized, detailed oriented and holds sense of ownership;

Flexible work hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays;

Must be able to communicate in English;

Must be able to lift up to 20lbs;

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
