The primary responsibility for this role is to provide onsite as well as on call support to the Franchise Retail stores in an environment where each owner\xe2\x80\x99s organization and technology must adapt to interface with the enterprise\xe2\x80\x99s policies & procedures on supported technology. This role will be involved in collaborating in change management activities on new technology project intended for the franchise store network.
Reporting to the Operations Support Lead, this position is not office based \xe2\x80\x93 You will be travelling within Quebec and on occasion outside Quebec.
