Position: Store Manager

The Store Manager plays a key role in driving sales and overseeing all daily store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the team meets sales targets while consistently coaching, developing, and supporting staff. Key responsibilities include:

Job Functions:

Assess business needs and ensure sales are maximized. Recruit, develop, and retain both management and sales associates. Train, coach, and build succession plans to support future growth. Ensure all staff deliver exceptional customer service. Set and communicate clear expectations for the team. Manage wage costs, reduce shrink, and maintain audit compliance. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines. Oversee and ensure completion of all daily operational tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a store management role. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze business trends to drive sales results. Proven ability to coach, train, and develop a successful team. Excellent communication, delegation, and follow-up abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
