Sharama Royale is a fast-growing, customer-focused shawarma and Middle Eastern food restaurant. We pride ourselves in delivering fresh, flavorful meals with exceptional service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and friendly dining experience along with an ability to manage and lead an energetic team. A person who will serve as a backbone for our store!

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while providing ongoing training and development opportunities. Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment and address any issues that arise. Perform regular audits of store performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the food service or quick service restaurant. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Proficient in math skills for cash handling and financial reporting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service standards. Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment. How to manage numbers regarding P&L. Fluent English is a requirement. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
