What we look for:

Retail Sales Experience:

2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion or jewellery industry.

Management Experience:

2+ years in a management or supervisor role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Proven Results:

A track record of delivering results in a sales-driven and/or highly measured environment.

Staffing and Recruitment:

Ability to ensure the store is staffed appropriately by being proactive and building a bench of potential candidates.

Coaching and Development:

Experience in managing and coaching Brand Ambassadors to achieve individual and store targets, including career development and succession planning.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills to quickly summarize data and make objective decisions.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to adapt to technology and utilize it efficiently

Creativity:

A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Community Driven:

A passion for community engagement and fostering relationships within the local area.
