Store Manager
to lead our team! We're looking for someone who's hands-on, highly organized, and confident managing a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a passion for leadership, customer experience, and staying on top of the details, you might be the right fit.
About the Role:
As Store Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of staff, and ensure our store runs efficiently and professionally. You'll work directly with the owners to maintain the high standards that set Bin City apart -- clean, organized, and always customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, staffing, and scheduling
Train, support, and motivate team members
Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily cash handling
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Assist with inventory organization and large item processing
Use Microsoft tools and other internal applications for communication, record-keeping, and tracking
Assist with content for social media (photos, videos, captions) to promote weekly inventory
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other apps to stay organized
Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed
