About You
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in store
managementxe2x80xa2 Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skillsxe2x80xa2 Basic computer skills
Good understanding of mathematics and strong reading
comprehension skillsxe2x80xa2 Understanding of the importance of customer servicexe2x80xa2 Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically solve problemsxe2x80xa2 Ability to stand during shifts
Ability to move up to 25 lbs. often and up to 75 lbs. on occasion
Ability to bend over, squat, stretch, climb a ladder or stepladder to arrange merchandise in the store and assist customers
