  • Sales and Profit: Achieving store goals by driving sales
  • Customer Service: Providing superb customer service
  • Store Operation: Running the store
  • Advertising: Making sure your store has enough merchandise and are commercially correct
  • Team Gestation: Hiring, managing, managing and giving direction and development to ensure your team is set up for success
  • Ear piercing (you will have training)

About You
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in store
managementxe2x80xa2 Excellent oral and written communication and organizational
skillsxe2x80xa2 Basic computer skills
  • Good understanding of mathematics and strong reading
comprehension skillsxe2x80xa2 Understanding of the importance of customer
servicexe2x80xa2 Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically
solve problemsxe2x80xa2 Ability to stand during shifts
  • Ability to move up to 25 lbs. often and up to 75 lbs. on occasion
  • Ability to bend over, squat, stretch, climb a ladder or stepladder to arrange merchandise in the store and assist customers
