We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member earn certain months of experience and based on ability to reach at manager post, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. You will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced environment, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
Skills
G Class driving license mandatory
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with cashiering and POS systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
