About the Role

We are looking for a

hands-on Store Manager

to lead daily operations at one of our

180 Smoke

retail locations in Ontario.

This is not a desk-based role. The Store Manager is expected to be

present on the sales floor

, lead by example, and take

direct ownership of store performance, team execution, and key KPIs

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily store operations, including

opening/closing

, cash handling, and floor supervision Actively support staff on the sales floor and ensure a high-quality customer experience Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff Monitor and manage

inventory levels

, ordering, and shrink control Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements Take ownership of

store KPIs

, including: Sales and revenue targets Gross margin and shrink Labour cost control and scheduling efficiency Customer satisfaction and repeat business Review performance regularly and implement corrective actions when needed
Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a

Store Manager or Assistant Manager

in retail Strong leadership skills with a

hands-on management style

Comfortable being accountable for

numbers and performance metrics

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Availability to work

evenings, weekends, and flexible hours

based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in specialty retail, convenience retail, or regulated retail environments Strong sales orientation and customer-first mindset Experience managing KPIs, reports, and basic financial metrics

Schedule

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
