We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties

Recruit, interview, and train new staff members to build a high-performing team. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Monitor store performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain an organized store environment that is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, and team management. Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers; bilingual skills are a plus. Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
