Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment. Maintain high standards of store presentation and organization to enhance the customer shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions regarding product offerings and promotions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in store management or a similar leadership role within the retail industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development. Proficient in math skills for inventory management, pricing, and sales analysis. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining focus on store objectives. A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

Pay: $36,226.60-$73,341.43 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
