Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service. Train, develop, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Recruit and interview potential employees to build a strong team. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized by managing inventory levels effectively. Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Foster a positive shopping environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong skills in sales management, time management, training development, recruiting, supervising, and interviewing. Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
