Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.\xc2\xb7 Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively teach/develop others to the next level.\xc2\xb7 Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.\xc2\xb7 Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.\xc2\xb7 Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzes operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.\xc2\xb7 Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.\xc2\xb7 Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programsYou are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred\xc2\xb7 5+ years of store management experience in a specialty retail environment\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task / strong organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of business management processes.\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and customer management abilities.\xc2\xb7 Expertise includes shrink reduction, expense control, people development, merchandising strategies, differentiation, brand strategy, and partnership creation.\xc2\xb7 A passion for board games and pop culture, as well as driving sales\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to recruit/hire/train/coach a winning team\xc2\xb7 Outgoing and fun personality\xc2\xb7 Highly motivatedPay Rate (per hour): 20-24$Benefits:\xc2\xb7 Competitive Pay\xc2\xb7 Casual Dress\xc2\xb7 Store Discount\xc2\xb7 Flexible Schedule\xc2\xb7 Extended Health Benefits\xc2\xb7 Life Insurance\xc2\xb7 Being surrounded by people and products you love!
