This position is all about celebrating individuality and creating extraordinary experiences for customers and team members alike. The Store Manager will set the tone for the store, inspire the team, and deliver the best customer experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales, merchandising, inventory management, training, and recruitment is essential. Most importantly, the Store Manager will embody Pilgrim's core values:

Since 1983, Pilgrim has been creating premium, hand-and-heart-made jewelry and sunglasses that inspire self-expression and connection. Founded in Arhus, Denmark, Pilgrim began as a small, family-run business selling handmade jewelry at music festivals. Today, we've grown into a global brand with a growing presence in Canada.

This new store at CF Masonville Place in London, Ontario, will mark our

10th store in Canada

, joining locations in

Montreal (2), Laval (1) Quebec City (2), Ottawa (1), Toronto (1), Brossard (1), and St. Bruno (1).

Do You Have What It Takes?



Key Qualifications:



Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in fashion retail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory effectively. Proven ability to merchandise the store based on customer needs and visual standards. Experience in training and developing a team to achieve their full potential. Ability to achieve business goals by driving results through the team. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as required by the store and business needs. Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities



The Store Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the store strategy, driving sales, and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities Include:



Using the

PILGRIM Connect

program to meet and exceed sales goals. Promoting an exceptional customer experience through

PILGRIM Signature actions

. Acting as a brand ambassador by understanding and sharing Pilgrim's values and story. Becoming a product expert, understanding trends, product details, and stories, and sharing them with customers and colleagues. Ensuring the store is optimally set up to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Using

money mapping

to make decisions and adjust merchandising. Maintaining strict control of inventory, cash, and other assets. Ensuring stock levels are accurate and keeping stock loss below 1% annually. Optimizing store organization for fast and accurate replenishment. Developing personalized growth plans for each team member. Creating and using contests to improve key performance indicators and motivate the team. Conducting evaluations for each team member, setting

S.M.A.R.T.

goals, and using the

E.D.O.F.

method to train and develop the team. Ensuring promotions and visual merchandising standards align with company guidelines. Planning store schedules to meet the

SR% ratio

in collaboration with the District Manager, ensuring optimal customer experience. Protecting company assets by coaching and raising awareness among staff. Working closely with the District Manager to plan and improve store operations.

Salary and Benefits



Base Salary:

Starting at $55,000.

Commission:

2% on all personal sales (average $5,200+).

Monthly Bonus:

Generous performance-based bonuses (ranging between $9,048 to $15,600 per year).

Employee Discount:

50% off retail price.

Quarterly Jewelry Allowance.

Salary Range

: $69,000 to $75,800+
