What we need from you:
  • Leadership & People - Cultivate a strong bond with your store optometrist and ASM. Partnering with your store leadership to inspire, motivate, and develop your team and always staying focused on your people and customers. 3-5 years of experience in management is a must.
  • Customer Experience - Lead from the floor. You are the beacon of what outstanding customer experience looks like and you train your team to deliver the same.
  • Celebrate individuality - Being honest and helping people find their looks by guiding customers to find that perfect pair of frames.
  • Growth and development - Create a team of future leaders, growing and developing your pipeline for future stores and opportunities.

  • Optical Experience - while not a necessity, previous experience is a big plus in this role
  • Goals - Create an environment in the store so the team is clear on the daily goals and help remove roadblocks for the team to achieve them.
  • Community - Work with your SM and Optometrist to identify opportunities to network locally and participate in managing the product seeding budget and community events
