Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for retail management. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining an inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

The Employee shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and customer

satisfaction.

- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

- Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.

- Meet labour and food costs which are reviewed weekly.

- Submit all receipts and expenses associated with the restuarant

- Monitor and manage restaurant cleanliness and ambience.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

- Attend management meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

Experience

Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. Proficiency in cashiering and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates is a plus. A proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving store performance.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
