Here's what we are looking for:

Manage day to day operations of the location Ensuring superior level of client experience Weekly one on one Results meeting with upper Management Weekly one on one's with all Team members Inventory and Ordering Employee Schedules and staffing Dealing with any Customer complaints or issues Maintain a superior level of cleanliness and organization in your Waxbar Organizing Secret shops to maintain quality and ensure Waxologists are performing all services at WAXON's standard Performing biannual performance reviews for your locations Employees Reporting
Requirements:

Responsibility to hit sales objectives and remain on budget Maintaining a superior level of service Lead and grow the WAXON team Motivating and coaching your team to hit Monthly targets and goals Follow WAXON policies and procedures Maintain adequate service supplies
