Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Excelling in customer service

by providing an outstanding experience.

Educating customers

on supplements, health, nutrition, and exercise.

Supporting personal growth

by helping others improve themselves.

Fostering a vibrant and enjoyable workplace

atmosphere.

Staying up to date

of the latest products and developments in health and fitness.

Ensuring store presentation

through cleaning, restocking, organizing, and adhering to merchandising strategies.

Driving store traffic

and achieving sales targets with enthusiasm through sampling events and community outreach.

Your managerial duties will include, but not limited to:

Recruiting, training, mentoring, and nurturing

the professional development of your team.

Educating your team

on policies, procedures, product insights, promotions, and essential sales performance information.

Managing inventory

with precision, conducting regular checks, addressing discrepancies, and strategizing to liquidate near-expiry products to minimize losses.

Overseeing deliveries

, ensuring accurate receipt and stocking from various suppliers.

Controlling budgets

and expenses meticulously to maintain the store's financial health.

Engaging with the local community

, forging relationships, and exploring partnership opportunities.

Scouting for new business prospects

to enhance the employer's market presence.

Upon selection, a candidate will undergo a

3-month probationary period

before being fully integrated into the management role. This phase is designed to ensure a mutual fit and to provide the candidate with an opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities in a practical setting.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
