We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties

Manage daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Oversee recruiting efforts to build a strong team that aligns with company values. Monitor inventory levels and manage payroll effectively to optimize store performance. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies. Handle cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong background in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in training development and team leadership is essential. Familiarity with payroll processes and inventory management systems is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and staff alike.
