With everything from branded apparel, unique gifts and locally made products.Were currently seeking a Store Manager that is a dynamic individual with retail/leadership experience that will empower team members, take initiative, drive results and can live our culture and values.Overview of the Role:\xc2\xb7 Delivering extreme and customized service to all customers and ensure team is delivering the same level of service\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the store has adequate inventory, and is merchandised up to company standards and directives\xc2\xb7 Implementing feature displays and special events in store through visual merchandising and planning\xc2\xb7 Coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to team including performance reviews\xc2\xb7 Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to specific duties/sections, following up on results\xc2\xb7 Maintains store team results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising results\xc2\xb7 Achieves financial objectives including sales goals, scheduling budgets, overtime management and store metrics\xc2\xb7 Maintains operations by coordinating and enforcing operational, and personnel policies and procedures that follow company policies\xc2\xb7 Attend monthly meetings, webinars/seminars to up-skill to provide opportunities for further growth\xc2\xb7 Lives company values daily and ensures the team is following suitSkills & Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Two to Five Years of proven success in building customer relationships and providing the wow experience in a retail management or supervisory position\xc2\xb7 High sales volume experience\xc2\xb7 Offer new ideas and enthusiasm to drive sales and lead team to success\xc2\xb7 Leadership skills resulting in KPI results, team retention and coaching strategies\xc2\xb7 Passion for retail with an entrepreneurial spirit and always looking to develop your business skills and bring forward new ideas\xc2\xb7 Open availability and manage multiple situations with ease and skill\xc2\xb7 Strong Communication skills (oral and written) and exceptional interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Strong team building and mentorship skills to lead by example\xc2\xb7 Visual merchandising experience is an asset\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills to properly manage tasks and workloadJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $21.00-$24.00 per hourBenefits:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
