Responsibilities

Staff management and supervision Inventory management Staff training Conduct monthly audits Generate and analyze store follow-up reports Manage cyclical accounts and their variances, elaborate reasons and problem situations Ensure compliance with current promotions Prepare branch orders Receive merchandise in store Ensure customer satisfaction Ensure product merchandising planning is properly followed.

Retail experience Ability to manage staff Organizational skills. Leadership skills Polite and courteous Ability to assimilate a lot of information quickly Team player, dynamic and ambitious Good communicator Sense of initiative Computer literate, MS Office
