As our Store Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the heart of our store, leading and inspiring a team that\xe2\x80\x99s passionate about pets and the people who love them. Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Empowering and nurturing our team, creating a supportive and enthusiastic work environment.
• Providing training and coaching to enhance the skills of our team members.
• Offering personalized pet care advice and solutions to our customers, ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived.
• Driving our sales goals with energy and creativity, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.
• Analyzing sales data and crafting detailed sales reports.
• Creating attractive and engaging product displays.
• Maintaining our store\xe2\x80\x99s cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.
• Representing our store at community events, spreading our passion for pets.
• Assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
