Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining store standards to create an inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store appearance. Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team. Manage hours budget and ensure compliance with company policies. Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and inventory tracking. Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance and challenges. Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.

Experience

Proven experience in store management or similar roles within the retail industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette for customer interactions. Familiarity with sales techniques and training development practices is a plus. Experience with payroll systems and clerical tasks related to store operations is advantageous.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
