Position Summary



The

Store Manager

is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining our brand standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and hands-on, with the ability to motivate a team and uphold the quality Shawarma Royale is known for.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, shift supervision, and staff coordination Lead, train, and support team members to ensure consistent guest satisfaction Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations Ensure all food preparation meets Shawarma Royale quality standards and food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to all health & safety protocols Manage inventory control, supplier orders, and stock rotation Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and POS reconciliation Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy Implement company policies, operational procedures, and service standards Collaborate with Head Office for staffing updates, promotions, marketing rollouts, and corporate communications Monitor store performance and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability

Qualifications



Minimum

2 years of supervisory or management experience

in food service or hospitality (required) Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and POS systems Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
