We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance.
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and POS transactions.
Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage payroll, scheduling, and budgeting activities to optimize store performance.
Ensure accurate pricing, promotional displays, and adherence to company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training sessions.
Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure product availability.
Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Maintain organized records of sales, bookkeeping, and administrative documentation.
Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Skills
Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or supervisory roles within retail environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
Competence in budgeting, payroll management, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
