We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management. This role involves managing staff, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure compliance with company standards for pricing, merchandising, and store presentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and employee performance.

Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities. Administrative experience including bookkeeping and payroll management. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
