What You'll Do



As Store Manager, you will need a thorough knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operations, including Human Resource Management, Financial Reporting and Interpretation, Back of House (BOH) Operations, and Front of House (FOH) Management. Most importantly, you will be a team leader who truly has a "Guest First!" attitude and can coach and develop that attitude in others.

In this role, you will:

Set the example

for Extraordinary Hospitality and lead meaningful pre-shift meetings to set a positive tone for each shift.

Ensure accountability

for staff being on time and in correct uniform.

Manage daily operations

, including the technical execution of all service elements to ensure delicious food is delivered in a timely manner.

Manage labor costs

and be aware of the optimal labor range for your location.

Greet guests

and perform "table touches" to ensure guest expectations are exceeded at every interaction.

Lead the cleanliness

of all areas of the restaurant, including posting cleaning schedules and confirming work is completed.

Drive sales and excitement

for promotions and limited-time offers (LTOs).

Be accountable for all day-to-day functions

of the Point of Sale (POS) system, including managing discounts and voids.

Address all "Guest First!" feedback

as it is received and follow up as required.

Support all national promotions

and ensure timely execution.

Accurately count inventory

per the standard procedure.

What You Bring



3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Passion and energy for hospitality to host your team, guests, and everyone you encounter. Strong communication skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships with a diverse team. A love for training and developing skills in others. Experience in event and party planning, with the ability to create and execute sales-building activities. Experience in ordering and inventory control. The ability to manage scheduling, performance reviews, and team-building exercises while elevating service. Proven leadership experience. An attitude that exudes enjoyment within an active atmosphere. Working knowledge of human resources principles and some financial literacy.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
