What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team coordination Create a clean, engaging, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand values Consistently drive sales performance, meet and exceed revenue targets, and maximize profitability Inspire, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Conduct performance check-ins and provide ongoing feedback for growth and development Execute strategic initiatives to grow sales and customer engagement Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and minimize product shrinkage Oversee POS system transactions and ensure accurate cash handling Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold our standards of excellence Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset

What You Bring

Proven experience in a retail leadership role (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead, etc.) Strong understanding of the

wireless telecom industry

or a genuine passion to learn Excellent leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on approach Customer-first mindset with a passion for providing top-tier service Sales-driven with experience hitting targets and boosting store performance Proficient with POS systems, basic tech troubleshooting, and retail tools Skilled in time management, multitasking, and team development Confident in handling escalations, conflict resolution, and high-pressure situations Experience with hiring and building strong retail teams
