About The company: Hidden Leaf Cannabis Co is a cannabis retailer opened its first store in May 2021 in Brampton, Ont. We currently operate 3 stores across the GTA offering in store shopping as well as delivery through our website and UberEats. We strive to ensure that our clientele will receive premium customer service experience to match or premium quality products. We are looking for individuals to join the Hidden Leaf team that are not only passionate about cannabis use but also the education behind it. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring that the needs of every client they encounter are met. The client experience from the moment they enter the store to when they leave is important. It will be our employees\' duty to ensure that our clients have a pleasant experience that will keep them coming back. Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, motivated, detail oriented, hard-working and reliable. Store Lead The Store Lead is an important and diverse role within the store. Responsible for assisting the store manager and assistant manage on meeting store objectives and helping to provide ways to increase revenue and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is able to navigate between all roles within the store, is responsible, reliable and possesses strong leadership skills. Job description & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist store manager and assistant manager on reaching all store objectives on a daily basis \xc2\xb7 Store Maintenance \xc2\xb7 Oversee all cash functions and is able to perform all duties including opening and closing procedures. \xc2\xb7 Consistently monitor and encourage team members to meet the companies service standards \xc2\xb7 Proactive in solving customer concerns and escalations \xc2\xb7 Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Help promote a positive work environment and team morale \xc2\xb7 Train new team members \xc2\xb7Dispatch delivery orders \xc2\xb7Receive shipments and prepare transfers Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Criminal Background Check \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work at our other locations as well (Brampton, North York, York) \xc2\xb7 Must be 19 years of age or older \xc2\xb7 Flexible in hours \xc2\xb7 Exceedingly knowledgeable about cannabis \xc2\xb7 Passionate about cannabis and normalizing its use \xc2\xb7 Strong Attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Pass provincial training course \xc2\xb7 High School Diploma \xc2\xb7 Reliable \xc2\xb7 Trust-worthy \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2yrs in retail/customer service \xc2\xb7 Key Holder experience an asset \xc2\xb7 Marketing/advertising experience is also an asset \xc2\xb7 Must have a valid G license and has access to own vehicle Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week Salary: $16.75-$18.00 per hour Benefits:
