We are currently looking for:



Store Clerk / Parts Assistant









Reporting to the Logistics, Inventory and Facilities Manager, and working closely with the Storekeeper, the Store Clerk acts as their right-hand support. This role contributes to daily warehouse operations, mainly in order preparation (picking), receiving goods, and supporting production.



Key Responsibilities





Prepare and group parts for production and shipments. Verify the conformity of received products and store them in an organized manner. Respond to parts requests at the counter and ensure proper labeling/organization of items. Maintain cleanliness, order, and efficiency in all work areas. Participate in inventory counts (cycle counts and annual counts). Support the Storekeeper in ensuring product availability and supplier order follow-up. Apply workplace health and safety standards.

Desired Profile





High school diploma or equivalent education. Experience in warehouse, store, shipping/receiving (asset). Good understanding of logistics and supply chain procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good physical condition (standing, crouching, lifting up to 50 lbs). Team spirit, clear communication, and positive attitude. Reliability, punctuality, and autonomy. Fluency in French, working knowledge of English to be able to communicate with all members of the team Basic computer skills (Office Suite, Excel) and interest in ERP systems. Knowledge of handling electronic or mechanical parts (asset). * Commitment to health & safety standards and continuous improvement.
