Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our store, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various tasks related to inventory management and patient care. This position is particularly suited for individuals with a background in medical terminology or pharmacy settings, as you will be interacting with both customers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Maintain an organized and clean store environment. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Assist in managing inventory, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Provide information on medications, medical supplies, and other products as needed. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure proper medication administration and patient care. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health regulations and store policies.

Requirements

Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred. Experience in patient care or a healthcare setting is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing inventory effectively. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$17.88 per hour
