Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, managing cash handling, and ensuring accurate sales reporting. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers. Provide technical sales support by answering questions related to products and services. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or email. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals while managing time efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with technology sales, including technical knowledge of products being sold. Proficient in cashiering duties and POS systems operation. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a drive to meet sales targets.
