Victory Stone is expanding once more and requires a new team member to join our Nova Scotia team, located in the Mt.Uniacke business park.

We are require a motivated and hard working individual to join our team as a stone fabricator/shop assistant. This position could be a stepping stone into the organization as other positions become available.

This individual will be exposed to all aspects of stone fabrication, but will primarily work in the production shop with assisting handling of stone slabs with specialized handling equipment, setting up and loading various types of CNC, polishing of stone edges, preparing fabricated projects for installation, equipment maintenance, stone repairs, assist on countertop installations, quality control and general stone fabrication

The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, self motivated with great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve, be a team player, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines all while ensuring the proper and efficient flow of stone materials through the fabrication shop.

The candidate will need to have a high level of focus while working in a high paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
